Confirm the app has permission to access your photos/files. File size may be
too large — try reducing it. Check your internet connection. Update to the
latest version of the app.
Tap “Forgot Password?” on the login screen. Enter your registered email to
receive a reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new
